it's important to consider there are many different size charts and scales in the world, exactly as it happens with shoes or clothing, so it's fundamental for you to know on which scale is the jeweler -or the brand- of your interest, working.

once you find out the scale you will need this material:

• cord
• measuring tape
• scissors
• notebook 
• pen

Es importante considerar que existen muchas tablas de tallas y escalas diferentes en el mundo, tal como sucede con los zapatos o la ropa, por lo que es fundamental que sepas en qué escala está trabajando el joyero -o la marca- de tu interés.

now follow these instructions:

cut a string and wrap it around the finger you want to measure,

ahora sigue estas instrucciones:

don't tight, just make sure it wraps around your finger correctly, let the thread come together,

make sure to go all the way around it and make a mark where the circumference closes
